-Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.;
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-Smoking, is prohibited
inside the condo unit, on
the balcony, and in the
common areas.
No motorcycles or trailers.
-Pre-payment of one-half
the total amount is due
immediately upon
requesting a reservation.
The remaining balance is
due 30 days prior to the
arrival date.

-Guests are not allowed to
have pets inside the condo
unit, on the balcony, or in
the common areas of the
complex.
-Fireworks and grilling on
balconies are illegal inside
city limits.
-Most importantly, RELAX
AND HAVE FUN!
-Bookings cancelled 30
days before start of stay
receive a 100% refund.
-Bookings cancelled 14
days before start of stay
receive a 50% refund.

is made less than 30 days
before arrival, full payment
is immediately due.
